Type of Conveyor Line

According to different conveying structures, the conveyor line mainly includes: friction line (air), accumulation chain conveying, plate chain conveying, self-propelled trolley, accumulation road conveying, and plastic module belt conveying.

Friction line is currently the mainstream conveying equipment, mainly used for interior line and chassis line. It is characterized by low voice failure rate, convenient maintenance, fast walking and accumulation, and low cost.

The characteristics of the accumulation and release chain are low cost, low failure rate, convenient maintenance, and can realize climbing and descending, fast walking and accumulation. The disadvantage is that there is more pollution. It is also mostly used for interior decoration and bottom line. Leaf chain generally has three forms: single plate chain, double plate chain and wide plate chain. Generally, it is mostly used for the appearance inspection of interior decoration lines, final lines, inspection lines and rain lines. It is characterized by small voice, stable operation and low cost. The disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to maintain.

Self-propelled trolleys are generally used for assembly chassis lines and are divided into two types: with scissors and without scissors. It is characterized by low voice failure rate, automatic operation, convenient maintenance and no oil pollution. The disadvantage is that the production cost is relatively high.

The plastic modular belt is composed of plastic blocks, linked by plastic or stainless steel pins, and conveyed through the tight connection between the sprocket and the chain plate. It is generally used in interior decoration lines, final lines and rain lines. It is characterized by no noise, reliable performance, no maintenance, and simple installation. The disadvantage is the high production cost.
