Chassis Assembly Line
Chassis frictional conveying system is characterized by high-automation, easy-operation, stable running and noiseless, mainly used for the assembly and conveying tasks of automobile chassis. The main components are conveying guide system, frictional trolley group, self-balance slings, rapid-driven unit, transitional driven, bend-section driven, process-driven unit and frictional lifting sections.
As the last link in the manufacturing process of an automated automobile production line, how to plan a green, efficient, and intelligent new factory is an important issue for process designers. This article focuses on which aspects can produce high-level, low-pollution, environmentally friendly, fully functional, economical and practical products, and reasonably arranges the benchmarking workshop.
3. Equipment selection
Under the premise of meeting the production and use requirements and ensuring product quality, domestic equipment is preferred. The selection and design of non-standard automation equipment can be as general as possible, or it can be slightly modified to adapt to the production of new products to adapt to the changing market. In order to ensure product quality, the quality of the following equipment and tools should be strictly controlled for equipment that is currently unavailable or immature in China:
(1) Vacuum filling machine (brake fluid, antifreeze, refrigerant).
(2) Front and rear windshield glass robot gluing machine, glass automatic online equipment.
(3) Electric combined tightening machine, electric tightening tool.
(4) Vehicle test line (wheel aligner, drum test bench, headlight instrument, automotive auxiliary system test bench).
(5) Pneumatic impact wrench, constant torque wrench, torque calibrator, etc.
