Interior Assembly Line
Frictional sliding plate conveying system in interior assembly line are widely used in various automobile, engineering machinery and other automatic production lines. It is equipped with high automation, easy-operation, stable running and noiseless. According to the production conditions, it can be combined with the ground conveying equipment to determine the best material flow, mainly used for completing the interior assembly and conveying tasks of automobile. Main constitutional parts contain rapid-driven unit, transitional-driven unit, process-driven unit, sliding plate, sliding plate lifter and sliding plate turn table.
As the last link in the manufacturing process of an automated automobile production line, how to plan a green, efficient, and intelligent new factory is an important issue for process designers. This article focuses on which aspects can produce high-level, low-pollution, environmentally friendly, fully functional, economical and practical products, and reasonably arranges the benchmarking workshop.
2. Section division of labor
According to product structure characteristics and process requirements, the production system is divided into the following five parts:
(1) Supporting Section: Responsible for the temporary storage, supporting and distribution of outsourcing documents.
(2) Interior department: responsible for the sub-assembly of body interior assembly and related parts, such as instrument panel assembly, door sub-assembly, glass sub-assembly, etc.
(3) Chassis Section: responsible for pipeline assembly, power assembly, front and rear axle assembly, body assembly and sub-assembly of chassis components.
(4) Assembly Section: responsible for the final assembly of the vehicle, refueling, and adjustment of the gap between the door and the sheet metal.
(5) Inspection Section: Responsible for vehicle safety, environmental protection performance testing and troubleshooting before leaving the factory.
