Single tunnel chamber, the outside air shall be sucked into the cooling chamber via air duct, filter. Outside the vehicle body, the nozzle made of aluminum is provided, the velocity is about 20m/s, the distance from the opening to the vehicle’s surface shall less than 300mm.
The self-supporting structure of the oven body is made of galvanized plate, also the inner part. A separate platform in steel structure is used for supporting the air exchanging device.
The cleanness degree of the cooling wind flow into the cooling chamber shall ≥5μm that of 99% of the dust removing.

Smart spraying
The production process of Kinte automobile coating production line adopts a three-coat, three-dry coating system, that is, three coats of primer, middle coat and top coat; the primer is cathodic electrophoretic primer, and the middle coat and top coat are applied by robots. The combination of automatic spraying and manual spraying ensures that the product coating has good appearance, physical and chemical properties.
The automatic spraying robot adopts ABB's most high-end IRB5500 wall-mounted spraying robot, equipped with a high-performance electrostatic atomization rotary cup, and cooperates with the centralized paint transmission and mixing system to realize automatic spraying of mid-surface coating. The spraying operation is stable, high in efficiency and excellent in coating quality.
