Automobile body-in-white robot welding system welding
According to customer needs, we can develop and design fully automatic or semi-automatic non-standard special assembly equipment for the whole vehicle manufacturing process, so as to reduce employees, improve cycle time, and improve product consistency. It can not only save costs for production enterprises, but also improve efficiency and product quality.
The body shell is a complex structural part assembled and welded by thin steel plates. A body is assembled from hundreds of sheet metal stamping parts through tack welding, gas shielded welding, brazing and bonding. The welding of automobile body sheet metal parts is carried out in a certain order, which has obvious procedures. Car body production process: The body parts are transported to the inside of the station by the lifting conveyor roller bed. After they are in place, the body side wall, roof beam and car body main structure are positioned and clamped by the body welding positioning fixture, and then the robot uses a positioning welding torch. The body is tack welded. After the welding is finished, the fixture is opened, and the car body is transported to the next station by the lifting roller bed. The welding of the body section mostly uses automatic lines.
The body section generally includes the left and right side sub-assembly lines, the front and rear sub-assembly lines and the main line. The side wall inner panel sub-assembly produced by the side wall inner panel line is provided to the side wall inner panel production side wall sub-assembly. The main line receives the floor sub-assembly from the floor section, and pre-assembles with the side panel sub-assembly, front and rear panel sub-assembly, instrument panel cover and rear closure panel outer panel through robots.
The pre-installation uses buckles to mount the left and right side panels on the bottom plate, and then transports them to the manual loading station through the roller bed for the assembly of the roof beam. Finally, the pre-assembled body frame is delivered to the most critical station on the main line—the body assembly station. The assembly station uses clamps to precisely clamp and position each part of the assembly, and the welding gun robot forms a body skeleton through two welding (the first is positioning welding, and the second is repair welding).
Due to the large number of welding points in the body section, it cannot be completed on one production line, so the body section generally contains multiple main lines. The main line 1 completes the welding of the body frame, the main line 2 performs repair welding on the body frame, the outer plate of the rear closure plate and the load-bearing beam and repairs welding, and the main line 3 completes the welding of the roof on the body, in which the side wall and the floor overlap Some areas and some areas of the welding of the load-bearing beam cannot be reached by the welding torch. Generally, CO2 gas shielded welding is used for welding. CO2 gas shielded welding uses the heat of the arc generated between the welding wire and the workpiece to melt the welding wire and the workpiece to form a weld. A welding method in which CO2 gas is used as a shield to isolate the arc and molten pool from the air, referred to as CO2 welding. CO2 gas shielded welding is mainly used in two aspects in the automobile body manufacturing process: one is the position where tack welding cannot be performed, and the other is the position where the welding strength is required to be higher than that of tack welding.
